Port Huron Northern Grant

Posted on December 6, 2010

The Special Education program at Port Huron Northern received a $500 grant from the Community Foundation to update their kitchen.  To show their appreciation the class prepared a full Thanksgiving meal for the Foundation president, Randy Maiers, who visited with the students and faculty.  The Community Foundation has a long history, dating back to 1944, of supporting Port Huron area schools.
