Valentine’s Giveaway Winners Announced

Congratulations to Enter Stage Right and Julie’s Kids (Yale Public Schools). Both organizations will receive $500 grants from the Community Foundation. Forty-two organizations were nominated, many by more than one person.
Enter Stage Right is a theater group that takes the time to make every child and adult feel special and helps them find a “home” in the activities of theater production. The “Will On The Water” Shakespeare Festival has become the group’s signature event and will take place again this summer. Julie’s Kids is an organization founded by counselors in the Yale Public Schools that provides opportunity and hope for families in need. They provide coats for kids, Thanksgiving meal baskets, Christmas gifts for those who would go without and other fundamentals. The entire Yale community helps make this organization successful.
