Over 100 Women Award Grant to Imagination Library

Posted on March 28, 2013

Over 130 women attended “100 Women Who Care” on March 21st. Total donations allowed a $16,000 grant to be awarded to Imagination Library, a program of the Great Start Collaborative.  Through the program, any child birth to 5 years old can register to receive a free book in the mail every month.  This award will buy the equivalent of 7,680 books for the program, enough to provide books for 640 children for a year.

Congratulations to Imagination Library, and thank you to all of the women who made this event a great success!
