2013 1st Quarter Grants

The Community Foundation grant making committees have been busy in the first few months of 2013.
Already in 2013, $397,000 has been granted to organizations throughout the county.
The arts have received the bulk of the grants so far with awards supporting 2013 events such as the Blue Water Film Festival, the Lexington Bach Festival, Blue Water Jazz’s Art & Jazz on the River, the Feast of Ste. Claire and the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse Sandfest.
Other organizations receiving grants in the 1st quarter include:
- Thomas Edison Elementary
- St. Martin Lutheran Church
- Port Huron Schubert Male Chorus
- SONS
- Capac Community Schools
- St. Clair County RESA
