Results for Match Day 2010 should make us all proud. At our Annual Dinner on June 26, we will award $174,247 to nonprofit organizations and programs in our community. That’s an increase of $52,000 from last year. In just 6 short hours, the Community Foundation collected 629 donations totaling well over $100,000 for the 17 participating organizations. The Community Foundation “match” brought that total to over $174,000.
The Peoples’ Clinic received the most number of donations (150) which qualified them for a special $1,000 award from the Community Foundation.
Your participation helped feed hungry children, provide medical care to the uninsured, house victims of domestic violence, protect our seniors and so much more. Thank you.
