Foundations work for the common good – because we believe everyone in St. Clair County should have the opportunity to live in a community they can be proud of and have a productive and fulfilling life.

Help us transform our community by joining the newly launched 400 Club!

Your gifts to an endowment fund at the Community Foundation qualify for the special 50% Michigan Community Foundation Tax Credit. This credit is in addition to your normal charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes
Married couples making gifts up to $400 can take a 50% Michigan tax credit the following year.  In many cases, a $400 donation actually costs your family less than $70.00!

Single donors can take up to a $100 Michigan tax credit for gifts of at least $200.

For more information or to become a member of the 400 Club contact the Community Foundation at 810-841-1971 or send us an email.
